Whether you are a candidate or a client, you’ll have a single point of contact at Thomson Keene. Partnerships are important to us. And we know that partnerships develop best when you can pick up the phone, and ask for the name of a person, not just the company.

Sometimes, in this business, we need to have difficult conversations. Those conversations are less difficult when a level of mutual respect is already in place. Sometimes, an assignment needs a bit of perspective. We’re always willing to take a step back, and look at the challenge from another angle.

All of this tends to mean that Thomson Keene will never be the biggest recruitment company in the market. Which is okay, because both clients and candidates come to us for the difference we make, not for our size.
